The Urban Farmers Market was started by community gardeners to promote growing and eating of local food. Vendors will offer locally grown foods. There will be information on starting your own backyard garden or joining a community garden. The first was May 16th, 2009. The other three markets will be on July 25th, August 22nd and September 26th.
